Diesel Mechanic (Night Shift)

Due to a large increase of additional machinery into our rapidly expanding fleet an opportunity is available for a qualified diesel mechanic to join our dynamic team in Mt. Maunganui on the night shift. 

Based out of a fully equipped workshop, this is an exciting and challenging role for an experienced mechanic to carry out the following tasks:

  • Diagnosing and repairing a variety of heavy machinery
  • Servicing machinery
  • Repairs to attachments, grapples, log heads, clamps

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:

  • Heavy Equipment – Trade Certified (preferably A grade)
  • Experienced and familiar with Hydraulic systems
  • Proven history of working on Heavy machinery
  • Minimum Class 2 license
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a small team environment
  • Excellent attitude
  • Physically fit
