ISO Ltd is a New Zealand based stevedoring, marshalling, transportation and warehousing company owned by Australian logistics Company Qube.
Today ISO employs over 800 people and as a Qube company is part of a large logistics network of companies operating within Australasia.
ISO Marshalling PTY Ltd is the Australian operating arm of ISO Ltd which provides innovative log marshalling solutions and services to Australian log exporters.
We are now seeking candidates for an exciting new senior appointment of Regional Manager.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of all of our Australian operations which involve export log marshalling operations based over three states. A critical aspect of this role requires you to maximise current and new business opportunities and to ensure customer relationships are managed and maintained effectively.
Reporting to the General Manager the Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation which involves all aspects of safety, quality, productivity and financial performance across all the sites along with strong ability to structure the development of the managers that will be reporting to this key role.
Ideally, the Regional Manager would be based at our largest operation in Portland, Victoria as this role requires a high level of communication with customers, forest owners and port authorities. The role will also require significant domestic travel to our sites in South Australia and Tasmania in order to focus heavily on developing supportive team environments across all of our worksites.
In addition, our ideal candidate will have had management experience in forestry, in either harvesting, transport or processing or port operations and be currently operating at a similar level or be ambitions enough to be serious about taking that next career step.
